Once your order is placed and paid for, we will produce it within 1–3 business days. Delivery within Ukraine takes an average of one business day, while international shipping times depend on the selected country.

When placing your order, you can choose a convenient payment method: Full payment by credit/debit card via LiqPay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Full payment via bank transfer (to a checking account). The bank details will be provided after the order is placed. An advance payment of 1,000 UAH paid online by card or bank transfer, with the remaining balance paid as Cash on Delivery (COD) upon receipt at Nova Poshta or via courier (available within Ukraine only). International money transfer via Western Union or PayPal. Once your payment is processed, a confirmation will be sent to your specified email address. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us via any convenient method, and we will resolve the issue.

When placing an international order on our website, you will not be charged any additional taxes or customs duties at checkout.

However, in most countries, once your package arrives at its destination, the national customs service may assess customs duties and fees if the value of the international shipment exceeds the duty-free allowance. These fees must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately, we cannot calculate or control these customs charges in advance, as each country has its own unique customs policies. If you have any doubts, we recommend contacting your local customs authority before placing your order to obtain accurate information.

We ship all orders within Ukraine via Nova Poshta. The shipping cost is paid by the recipient according to the carrier's rates. Delivery times across the country average 1 business day.

Yes! We will gladly ship your order to any country in the world! We partner with the carrier Nova Post Global, and delivery times will depend on the selected country. If you need shipping via a different carrier, just message us, and we will find the best option for you.

We partner with Nova Post Global on a permanent basis. This is the fastest and most cost-effective method for shipping abroad. Delivery times range from 4 to 14 business days, depending on the destination country. The shipping cost via Nova Post will also vary based on the recipient's country.

Currently, their branch network has a physical presence in most European countries. The company is rapidly expanding its reach and will very soon cover all countries across Europe and the rest of the world. The cost for this delivery option ranges from 400 to 800 UAH, depending on the package size and destination country.

For shipping to the United States and Canada, we also recommend choosing Nova Post. Delivery times for these orders start from 10 business days. The cost of such shipping ranges from 800 to 2,000 UAH per bedding set, depending on its size.

For all other countries, we ship via the state postal service, Ukrposhta. You can find detailed information about delivery times and costs specifically for your country on the official websites of the carriers, or by messaging our support managers.

A slight variation is possible due to screen settings and the lighting in your room. Additionally, premium satin features a special diagonal weave and tightly twisted threads, causing the fabric to reflect light differently and elegantly shift its shade depending on the viewing angle. We take our photos under professional studio lighting to capture the colors as accurately as possible.

We stitch the elastic only around the corners of our fitted sheets - this makes them wrinkle much less and significantly easier to fold for storage. This in no way affects the grip: as long as you provide the correct mattress dimensions, the sheet will fit perfectly and stay securely in place.

Please note that the sheet may seem slightly oversized at first; however, after 1–2 washes, it will undergo natural shrinkage to perfectly fit your mattress and last for years. To make making your bed as effortless as possible, we tag both the long and short sides of the sheet.

The density of all our fabrics is 140 g/m2, which we consider the absolute gold standard. This weight is optimal: the bedding is incredibly strong and durable, yet remains breathable, soft against the skin, and doesn't feel like a heavy, stiff canvas.

As for numbers like 300TC or 400TC, this stands for Thread Count—an American measurement system that counts the number of threads per square inch. Manufacturers often artificially inflate this number by twisting multiple low-quality, ultra-thin threads together (for example, counting a 4-ply thread as four threads instead of one strong single ply). Therefore, a high TC does not automatically guarantee quality, whereas a density of 140 g/m2 made from premium long-staple cotton is an honest and superior indicator of true sleeping comfort.

By default, our pillowcases are designed with a convenient deep envelope closure, while duvet covers feature neat, clear buttons. We intentionally choose buttons over zippers because our fabrics are made to last for years, whereas zippers can eventually break and potentially damage the material; buttons are a much more practical, durable, and eco-friendly choice.

Yes, the quality is absolutely identical!

The signature elegant sheen of new satin is achieved through a special thread-polishing process (mercerization) and hot pressing during manufacturing; over time and with washing, this intense gloss transitions into a softer, matte finish. In return, another unique property of the fabric is unlocked: with every single wash, premium satin becomes softer, cozier, and more tender to the touch. The intensity of the sheen can also vary slightly depending on the cotton batch and the fabric color, as reflections are always more prominent on darker shades than on lighter ones.

To preserve the original smoothness and sheen for as long as possible, wash your bedding on a delicate cycle at a temperature no higher than 40°C (100°F), turn the items inside out before washing, and avoid harsh detergents or bleaches.

For our bedding, we use exclusively natural, certified fabrics: luxury satin, washed cotton, and percale. Each of these premium materials is hypoallergenic and highly durable, ensuring ultimate comfort for a perfect night's sleep.

To place an order, please provide the dimensions for your pillowcases (pillows) and duvet cover (duvet). If you choose a fitted sheet, we need the exact dimensions of your mattress (length, width, and height), while for a flat sheet, you can provide either the mattress dimensions or your preferred fabric size.

Important: please provide the actual measurements without adding your own extra length, as we add our own necessary allowances for a perfect fit. Please do not compare these figures with your experience from other manufacturers, as each brand has its own specific standards for production and seam allowances.
