We offer bespoke tailoring services to create bedding that aligns perfectly with your personal style and needs. We understand that every client has unique preferences when it comes to materials, color palettes, and configurations. Our custom tailoring service gives you total control over creating your ideal sleep sanctuary, where every single detail is tailored around you.

We genuinely love connecting with our clients and are available 24/7 for consultations. At the same time, we respect your time and convenience. That’s why we designed our store so that custom orders can be placed effortlessly in just a few clicks - without requiring direct assistance.

However, there are moments when consulting our manager is helpful. Here is a guide to when you can easily place an order online by yourself, and when it’s best to reach out to our team:

1. Sizing: When ordering from our online store, you can select individual sizes for each piece separately, without being restricted to standard regional sizing. If you are unsure about dimensions, feel free to consult our Size Guide.
   • If your required size is not listed among the options, simply contact our manager.
2. Sheets: You can choose your preferred sheet style (flat or fitted) directly on the product page. For a flat sheet, choose the overall size considering your mattress height (e.g., 220x240 cm or 240x260 cm). For a fitted sheet, select the exact parameters of your mattress: length, width, and depth.
   • If you would like your set to include two sheets (both a flat and a fitted sheet), contact us, and we will process a custom order for you.
   • If you have a round mattress and need a fitted sheet, please inform our manager.
3. Duvet Covers: If you sleep with two separate duvets, you can easily add a second duvet cover to your set directly on the product page.
   • However, if the second duvet cover needs to be a different size, please reach out to customer support to customize your set.
4. Individual Items: If you don’t need a full set, you can purchase pillowcases, sheets, or duvet covers individually in their respective sections by selecting your desired fabric, color, and size.
5. Additional Pillowcases: You can add extra pillowcases in the same fabric directly from the product page.
   • If you wish to add pillowcases in a contrasting fabric or design, you can select them from the "Pillowcases" section or ask our manager to assist you in building your custom set.
6. Design & Customization: On each product page, you will find available colorways, piping details, fabric pairings, and other decorative options to choose from visually and order online.
   • If you are looking for a unique color combination or a custom design not presented on the website, reach out to our managers - they will gladly bring your vision to life.
